By accessing JustPawNaturals.com, creating an account, enrolling in a recurring program, participating in a Just Paw Naturals program, or purchasing products from Just Paw Naturals LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Product Quality and Natural Variations

Just Paw Naturals specializes in naturally dehydrated dog treats and chews made from natural animal ingredients. Because these products are natural, variations in size, shape, color, texture, thickness, weight, density, odor, and overall appearance are expected. Individual products may not look exactly like photographs shown on our website or marketing materials. Product sourcing, availability, packaging, dimensions, specifications, and appearance may also change from time to time based on natural supply and supplier availability.

Natural variations alone do not indicate that a product is defective and do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or return. Unless a product is specifically identified as certified organic, Just Paw Naturals does not represent or guarantee that the product is organic.

Chew Safety and Supervision
Every dog has different chewing habits, abilities, and dietary needs. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their dog's size, age, health, chewing strength, experience, and individual needs. Dogs should always be supervised while consuming treats and chews, including bones, hooves, ears, feet, necks, tendons, trachea, skin products, and other natural chews. Products should be removed if they become small enough to swallow whole, develop sharp edges, splinter, or otherwise become unsafe. No chew is suitable for every animal, and Just Paw Naturals cannot guarantee how an individual dog will chew, digest, tolerate, or react to a particular product.

Storage and Product Care
Just Paw Naturals products should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry environment and resealed after opening when applicable. Products should be protected from prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, moisture, direct sunlight, insects, rodents, and other environmental conditions that may affect product quality. Customers should follow any storage instructions and best by dates appearing on product packaging. Products should not be fed if they develop visible mold, excessive moisture, significant deterioration, pest activity, or an odor or appearance that appears abnormal for the product. Proper storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Insects and Pest Activity
Just Paw Naturals takes product contamination and pest activity seriously. Customers should not feed any product showing insects, larvae, webbing, unusual holes, excessive deterioration, or other signs of possible infestation. If pest activity is discovered, use of the affected product should be discontinued and Just Paw Naturals should be contacted promptly. We may request information such as the order number, product name, packaging information, lot or identifying information, photographs, storage conditions, or other reasonable information necessary to investigate the concern. Natural ingredients and normal variations in animal products should not be confused with active infestation or contamination. Just Paw Naturals is not responsible for pest activity resulting from improper storage, environmental exposure, damaged packaging after delivery, or conditions occurring after a product has been delivered and accepted. Products determined to have been defective or contaminated before delivery will be handled in accordance with our refund, replacement, product safety, and applicable legal requirements.

Product Safety, Holds, Withdrawals, and Recalls
Just Paw Naturals reserves the right to place any product, lot, shipment, or inventory on temporary or permanent hold when a reasonable quality or safety concern exists. We may suspend the sale or distribution of a product while a concern is investigated.
When appropriate, Just Paw Naturals may contact customers, retailers, wholesale partners, distributors, suppliers, laboratories, insurers, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties regarding a product concern. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue refunds, replacements, disposal instructions, product withdrawals, or voluntary recalls.
Customers and business partners are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Just Paw Naturals concerning affected inventory. A precautionary hold, investigation, withdrawal, or other safety action does not necessarily mean that a product has been determined to be unsafe.

Product Complaints and Adverse Events
Customers should contact Just Paw Naturals promptly if they believe a product may have contributed to illness, injury, an allergic reaction, choking incident, or another significant adverse event. To properly investigate a complaint, we may request information including the product name, order number, lot or identifying information, amount consumed, date of consumption, symptoms reported, remaining product, packaging, storage conditions, veterinary information, and other relevant details.
Customers should seek veterinary care whenever appropriate. Reporting a concern does not by itself establish that a Just Paw Naturals product caused an illness, injury, or other event. Just Paw Naturals may preserve, investigate, report, or share relevant product safety information with suppliers, laboratories, veterinarians, insurers, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Lot Information and Product Traceability
Certain Just Paw Naturals products may contain lot numbers, production identifiers, packaging dates, best by dates, or other information used for product traceability. Customers and business purchasers should retain original packaging whenever reasonably possible when reporting a product safety or quality concern. Alteration, removal, destruction, or inability to provide identifying information may limit our ability to determine the origin or cause of a reported issue.

Weather and Environmental Conditions
Natural dehydrated products may be affected by heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, moisture, and other environmental conditions. Customers are encouraged to retrieve delivered packages promptly and store products appropriately following delivery. Just Paw Naturals is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, prolonged environmental exposure after delivery, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Policy
Orders generally require one to three business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another available delivery provider depending on destination, package requirements, availability, and cost. Carrier selection is determined by Just Paw Naturals. Free shipping is available on eligible orders weighing up to 50 pounds. Orders exceeding 50 pounds are not eligible for standard free shipping and may be subject to additional shipping charges. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Just Paw Naturals. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges already paid are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Customers should review tracking information and contact the applicable shipping carrier when a package is marked delivered but cannot be located. Just Paw Naturals may assist with carrier investigations when reasonably possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement when a carrier confirms successful delivery. Claims involving lost or damaged shipments may require carrier documentation or investigation before a resolution can be provided.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because Just Paw Naturals products are consumable pet products, sales are generally final. Customers who receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, or potentially contaminated product should contact Just Paw Naturals as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, packaging information, lot information, order details, product condition information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to review the request. Depending on the circumstances, Just Paw Naturals may provide a refund, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. Requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable law. For health and safety reasons, returned consumable products will not be resold.

Product Availability and Substitutions
Product availability is not guaranteed. Because many Just Paw Naturals products are natural animal products, availability may change based on sourcing, seasonality, supplier availability, inventory levels, quality requirements, and other business conditions.
If a purchased product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Just Paw Naturals may contact the customer, remove the unavailable item, provide an appropriate refund, or offer another available option. A materially different product will not be substituted without customer authorization unless substitutions were previously authorized.

Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Feeding Responsibility
Every animal is different. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet's age, size, dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and chewing habits.
New foods and treats should be introduced gradually when appropriate. Customers with concerns regarding an animal's health or diet should consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing a new product. Just Paw Naturals cannot guarantee that a particular product will be appropriate for every animal and is not responsible for reactions resulting from known or unknown allergies, sensitivities, overconsumption, improper use, improper storage, or failure to properly supervise an animal.

Product and Nutritional Information
Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, chew levels, feeding information, nutritional information, protein information, and other product details are provided for general informational purposes. Because Just Paw Naturals products are natural, individual pieces and shipments may vary. Nutritional values may be based on supplier information, available guaranteed analysis, product testing, or other information reasonably available to Just Paw Naturals and may naturally vary. Information provided by Just Paw Naturals is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Statements regarding nutrients, chewing, digestion, enrichment, dental support, joints, skin, coat, or other general wellness benefits are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.Customers should consult a veterinarian regarding specific medical or nutritional concerns.

Marketing and Product Claims
Just Paw Naturals makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided regarding our products is accurate.
Statements concerning ingredients, processing, sourcing, nutritional content, benefits, chew levels, product characteristics, or other qualities are based on information reasonably available to us at the time the statement is made.
Because natural products may vary, no marketing statement should be interpreted as a guarantee that every individual product or animal will produce identical characteristics or results.

Subscribe and Save and Recurring Orders
By enrolling in Subscribe and Save, Bark Bundles, or another recurring purchase program, customers authorize Just Paw Naturals and its payment processors to automatically process qualifying future orders according to the selected frequency.
Recurring orders continue until canceled or otherwise terminated. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, billing, shipping, and account information.
Upcoming recurring orders should be modified or canceled before entering processing. Orders that have already entered processing may not be eligible for cancellation.
Pricing, products, availability, discounts, and recurring program terms may change from time to time, subject to applicable law.

Coupons, Promotions, Affiliate Codes, and Discounts
Promotional codes, coupons, affiliate codes, referral offers, and other discounts are subject to the terms provided with each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined and have no cash value. Certain products, wholesale purchases, recurring orders, shipping charges, taxes, or other transactions may be excluded. Just Paw Naturals may modify or discontinue promotional programs subject to applicable law. Orders involving suspected fraud, manipulation, unauthorized distribution of codes, abuse, or other misuse may be canceled or excluded from promotional benefits.

Wholesale and Business Purchases
Retailers, distributors, organizations, wholesale customers, and other business purchasers may be subject to additional pricing, ordering, shipping, subscription, minimum purchase, resale, or contractual requirements. Wholesale pricing and product availability may change based on inventory, supplier costs, purchasing volume, sourcing availability, or other business conditions. Suggested retail prices are recommendations unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Wholesale purchasers are responsible for properly storing, handling, rotating, and displaying products following delivery. Businesses should immediately discontinue the sale of any product that appears damaged, contaminated, infested, significantly deteriorated, or otherwise unsuitable for sale and should contact Just Paw Naturals promptly. When a separate written wholesale or distribution agreement conflicts with these general policies, the applicable written agreement will govern the business relationship to the extent of the conflict.

Resale and Product Handling
Products purchased for resale must be stored, displayed, rotated, and handled in a sanitary manner consistent with applicable product instructions and legal requirements. Products should not be altered, tampered with, improperly repackaged, relabeled, or sold after significant deterioration, contamination, or infestation unless expressly authorized by Just Paw Naturals and permitted by applicable law. Just Paw Naturals is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper handling, storage, display conditions, or environmental exposure after the product has been transferred to another business or customer.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Paw Naturals LLC and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, storage, handling, use, misuse, resale, or consumption of Just Paw Naturals products. Nothing contained within these policies is intended to waive, exclude, or limit any right, remedy, responsibility, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Website Privacy and Payment Security JustPawNaturals.com is hosted through Wix.com and may use Wix and integrated third party providers for website hosting, payment processing, communications, analytics, data storage, and related services.
Just Paw Naturals does not directly store complete credit or debit card information. Information including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, account details, and order history may be collected when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide services. Third party service providers maintain their own privacy, security, and data handling practices.

Customer Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, passwords, payment credentials, and other login information. Customers should notify Just Paw Naturals promptly if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization. No internet based service can guarantee absolute security, and customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online transactions and electronic communications.

Intellectual Property and Website Content

The Just Paw Naturals name, logos, graphics, photographs, written materials, product information, designs, branding, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Just Paw Naturals LLC unless otherwise stated. Company content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior authorization. Authorized Sales Managers, affiliates, ambassadors, retailers, distributors, and partners may use approved materials only in accordance with applicable program terms or written authorization.

Prohibited Website and Program Use
Customers and program participants may not use Just Paw Naturals websites, accounts, affiliate programs, referral systems, discount programs, promotional programs, or other company resources for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful activity. Just Paw Naturals may suspend or terminate accounts, orders, discounts, commissions, promotional benefits, or program participation when misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers and business purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Paw Naturals LLC, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages resulting from their unlawful activity, negligence, fraudulent conduct, unauthorized alteration or resale of products, improper storage, misuse of products, or violation of these policies.

Fundraising Program Terms
Participation in the Just Paw Naturals Fundraising Program is free to eligible organizations. There are no signup fees or upfront costs for standard fundraising materials provided by Just Paw Naturals.  Approved fundraisers may receive complimentary promotional materials, including custom posters, display Variety Packs, signage, or other display materials to help promote their fundraiser. Certain display setups and reusable materials remain the property of Just Paw Naturals and must be returned at the conclusion of the fundraiser when requested. Return instructions will be provided by Just Paw Naturals. If required display materials are not returned, are lost, or are damaged beyond normal use, the replacement cost may be deducted from the organization’s fundraiser earnings before payout. Organizations currently earn 25% of qualifying fundraiser sales properly attributed to their approved fundraising link, QR code, or coupon code. Fundraiser earnings are calculated monthly and are generally paid on or by the 28th of each month for eligible sales that have completed any applicable processing, refund, cancellation, or verification period. Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify toward fundraiser earnings. Just Paw Naturals may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fundraising Program or its terms when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law
These Legal Policies and disputes arising from the use of JustPawNaturals.com or the purchase of Just Paw Naturals products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located within Ohio.

Changes to These Policies
Just Paw Naturals may update these policies periodically to reflect changes in products, services, programs, operations, safety procedures, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated policies become effective when posted on JustPawNaturals.com unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
