As Just Paw Naturals continues to grow, opportunities may become available in areas such as marketing, customer service, operations, product sourcing, content creation, events, administration, and business development.

Responsibilities and compensation vary by position. Depending on the role, compensation may include hourly or salaried pay, performance based incentives, bonuses, commissions, rewards, or other company benefits. Current openings will include specific responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation information.

Sales Managers focus on building relationships with pet stores, groomers, veterinarians, boarding facilities, trainers, natural retailers, and other qualified businesses. They introduce the Just Paw Naturals product line, help businesses get set up with wholesale ordering, follow up with accounts, and work toward building long term recurring business.

Sales Managers currently earn 15% commission on qualifying direct sales and can earn 10% ongoing commission on qualifying recurring accounts, creating the opportunity to build monthly residual income as their customer base grows. This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity with training, sales resources, lead support, bonuses, and direct access to our Sales Director.

Affiliate Brand Ambassadors help introduce Just Paw Naturals to dog owners through social media, personal recommendations, content, QR codes, and personalized referral links.

Affiliates receive their own tracking link and discount code to share with their audience. Customers receive 10% off qualifying purchases, while affiliates can earn up to 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their link or code. There is no purchase required to participate, making it an easy way for creators, pet professionals, and everyday dog lovers to earn by recommending products they enjoy.
