2. Weather-Related Damage

We are not responsible for any spoilage, melting, deterioration, or damage caused by weather conditions or environmental exposure during shipment or after delivery. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, all risks associated with temperature, transit conditions, and environmental impact transfer to the customer. Weather-related issues do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship orders using various carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other delivery services as needed. Carrier choice is made at our discretion based on cost, availability, and shipment requirements. Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the customer assumes full responsibility for package tracking, delivery, delays, loss, theft, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Shipping fees, if applied, are non-refundable. All sales are final, and shipping events or carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or replacements will only be provided when products arrive damaged or expired as a direct result of our error. We may require photographs, videos, or supporting documentation before making any determination. We retain full and final discretion to approve or deny any replacement or refund request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for veterinary expenses, emergency treatment costs, hospitalization fees, burial or funeral expenses, emotional distress, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, or any other losses arising from the use or consumption of our products. By purchasing from our store, you expressly waive any and all claims for restitution, reimbursement, compensation, or damages of any kind, including in cases involving severe injury or the death of an animal.
