1. Product Quality and Natural Variations

Just Paw Naturals specializes in naturally dehydrated dog treats and chews. Because our products are made from natural animal ingredients, variations in size, shape, color, texture, thickness, weight, odor, and appearance are normal. Product availability, sourcing, packaging, sizes, and specifications may also change from time to time. Unless a product is specifically identified as certified organic, Just Paw Naturals does not represent or guarantee that a product is organic. Natural variations alone do not qualify an order for a refund, return, or replacement.

2. Chew Safety and Supervision

Natural treats and chews vary in size, texture, density, and hardness. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their dog's size, age, health, chewing habits, and experience. Dogs should always be supervised while consuming treats, bones, hooves, tendons, ears, necks, and other chews. Any product that becomes small enough to swallow whole, develops sharp edges, or otherwise becomes unsafe should be removed and discarded. No chew is suitable for every dog, and Just Paw Naturals cannot guarantee how an individual dog will chew or react to a particular product.

3. Storage and Product Care

Products should be stored in a cool, dry location and resealed after opening when applicable. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, moisture, direct sunlight, or other conditions that could affect product quality. Customers should follow any storage instructions or best by dates provided on the packaging. Products should not be fed if they develop visible mold, unusual moisture, significant deterioration, or an odor that appears inconsistent with the product. Proper storage after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Natural dehydrated products may be affected by heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, moisture, or other environmental conditions. Just Paw Naturals is not responsible for deterioration caused by weather, improper storage, prolonged exposure after delivery, or environmental conditions outside our reasonable control. Customers are encouraged to retrieve delivered packages promptly.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders generally require 1 to 3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another delivery provider based on availability, destination, package requirements, and cost. Carrier selection is determined by Just Paw Naturals.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders weighing up to 50 pounds. Orders exceeding 50 pounds are not eligible for free shipping and may be subject to additional shipping charges. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Just Paw Naturals. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, and additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays, missed deliveries, theft, loss, or other carrier related issues may require investigation with the applicable delivery provider. Shipping fees that have been charged are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Customers should review tracking information and contact the applicable carrier when a package is marked delivered but cannot be located. Just Paw Naturals may assist with carrier investigations when reasonably possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages that a carrier confirms were successfully delivered. Claims involving lost or damaged shipments may require carrier documentation before a resolution can be provided.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are consumable pet products, all sales are generally final. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired product as a result of an error by Just Paw Naturals, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs, packaging information, lot information, order details, or other documentation before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit. Requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable law.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions

Product availability is not guaranteed. Because many of our products are natural animal products, availability may vary based on sourcing, seasonality, inventory, and supplier availability. If a purchased product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Just Paw Naturals may contact the customer regarding available options, issue an appropriate refund, or remove the unavailable item from the order. We will not substitute a materially different product without customer authorization unless the customer has previously agreed to substitutions.

9. Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Feeding Responsibility

Every dog is different. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their dog's age, size, dietary needs, allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and chewing habits. New foods should be introduced gradually when appropriate. Customers with concerns regarding their dog's diet or health should consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing a new product. Just Paw Naturals cannot guarantee that any product will be appropriate for every animal and is not responsible for reactions resulting from allergies, sensitivities, misuse, overconsumption, improper storage, or failure to properly supervise an animal.

10. Product and Nutritional Information

Product descriptions, nutritional information, feeding information, photographs, and measurements are provided for general informational purposes. Natural products may vary from photographs or listed dimensions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, information provided by Just Paw Naturals is not intended to replace veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers should consult their veterinarian regarding specific medical or nutritional concerns.

11. Subscribe and Save and Recurring Orders

By enrolling in Subscribe and Save, Bark Bundles, or another recurring purchase program, you authorize Just Paw Naturals and its payment processors to automatically process future qualifying orders and charge the payment method associated with your account according to the selected delivery frequency. Recurring orders will continue until canceled or otherwise terminated.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, billing, shipping, and account information. Upcoming recurring orders should be modified or canceled before the order enters processing. Orders that have already entered processing may not be eligible for cancellation. Pricing, availability, discounts, and products offered through recurring programs may change, and customers will receive notice of material changes when required. Just Paw Naturals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue recurring programs.

12. Coupons, Promotions, Discount Codes, and Affiliate Offers

Promotional codes, coupons, affiliate codes, referral offers, and other discounts are subject to the terms provided with each promotion. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined and have no cash value. Certain products, wholesale orders, subscriptions, shipping charges, taxes, or other transactions may be excluded from promotions. Just Paw Naturals may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law. Orders involving suspected fraud, manipulation, code abuse, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of promotional programs may be canceled or excluded from the promotion.

Wholesale customers, retailers, distributors, organizations, and other business purchasers may be subject to additional terms, pricing requirements, shipping arrangements, minimum purchases, subscription terms, or separate agreements. Suggested retail prices are recommendations unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Wholesale availability and pricing may change based on product availability, supplier costs, purchasing volume, and business conditions. When a separate wholesale agreement conflicts with these general Legal Policies, the applicable written wholesale agreement will govern the business relationship to the extent of that conflict.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Paw Naturals LLC and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, storage, handling, use, misuse, or consumption of our products. Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or limit any right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

15. Website Privacy and Payment Security

Our website is hosted through Wix.com and may use Wix and integrated third party providers for website hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing, and related services. Just Paw Naturals does not directly store complete credit or debit card information. Information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, order history, and other information necessary for order fulfillment or communication may be collected. Cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies may also collect website usage information. Third party platforms and payment processors maintain their own privacy, security, and data handling practices, and Just Paw Naturals is not responsible for security incidents occurring solely within third party systems outside our reasonable control.
